Just saw a client with CCCA in clinic. Here’s a bit about central centrifugal cicactricial alopecia, which primarily affects women of African descent.

You are fine.
Greetings, I wanted to confirm if you are using fresh aloe vera juice & if it’s ok to leave it in the hair for twists instead of washing it out?
oh snap! I won't grease my scalp or wait 2 weeks to wash my hair ever again! Clogged pores and stunted growth are the opposite of what I want for my hair growth journey.
I know the stocking cap is for cleansing purposes, but I worry about it pulling and breaking off my hair, while it's in a wet and fragile state. Breaking off is already a concern from all the times I put in hair extensions, and lost hair at the same rate that I grew it.
Besos desde 🇩🇴, estamos en la transición del prlo y las canas jjj. Gracias es muy buen vídeo
I use Function of Beauty shampoo. It's gentle, my hair feels clean, soft, moisturized, and doesn't feel stripped at all.
Before the shampoo, I put my hair into 3 twisted sections, and I wash one section at a time. Hair is fully cleansed, and I have no tangling issues. If I wash my hair all loose, I have a mess of tangles, which makes me unhappy.
Once I learned that Kanekalon braiding hair can cause cancer, I took out my extensions. I don't know if I'll ever go back to extensions, but if I do, it won't be with synthetic hair.
Jesus Christ is coming back sooner than you might expect, be ready and prepare to go with Him! Salvation prayer: Father I pray with my heart and believe in You Jesus Christ. I believe you died for me. I acknowledge that i'm a sinner, please forgive my sins. Wash me with Your precious blood. Come into my heart, save my soul today. Be my LORD and personal Saviour. I accept you today. In Jesus' name. Amen. Meditate on His Word (The Bible) to overcome challenges of this world until He comes! Jesus loves you! I don't know you but remember that God is with you! Romans 6:23> For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. 💕🫶🏾
Your skin and.hair are flawless ❤❤❤
Oil rinse.....
WOW
Lovin your hair
I don’t know if the added ‘hair clips’ from African culture denoted beauty… if I may offer another predictive, I think it denoted self-care, creativity, fun, a measure of your internal joy (if this makes sense). Some in the Caribbean (where I’m from) take a sweet extra effort before leaving the house (regardless of income) to splash up their appearance- For what feels like, ‘ the fun of it’, for the joy of a different look one in a while. :) And when someone appears to not take the extra effort it might be misconstrued as perhaps they don’t know how, or want having the best day. So when they come up to you it might be an approach filled with love and a readiness to share with you that giddy feeling of a fresh look different to what is enjoyed at home :) Thank you for your beautiful share and videos
Gracias por tus consejos,ya he hecho de todo y no me crece Esta estancado
Hola! Como haces los twits?
Wooly hair date back to BC
Keep it clean.
I prefer Yte hair products. Lighter weight, more femine fragrance. btw, Carol&Daughter USE to make a lavendar color lite weight hairdressing. One day I came out if my salon into a breeze. As I walked I kept smelling A Field of Flowers! IT WAS MY HAIR🤯 PLEASE bring it back C&D
Never comb naked hair.
Love the video do you do this routine every night?
I think grease works if you don’t make enough oil from your glands but if you do , don’t grease your scalp . I find my scalp gets really itchy and dirty with grease so in giving it a break .
This perspective is so refreshing. Often in the west we tend to see and evaluate the world through the lense of race relations. Sometimes that's simply unfair to use the limited experience and history of the west to judge other cultures, peoples and motives. Sometimes people simple don't like our hair and that's alright. This video was beautiful!
Your crown is BEAUTIFUL! 😍
There is a benefit of having a general hatred for the human race... I can go out however I f'ing please and no one can tell me anything about it. Not saying that you should hate people too... But just giving you my experience. I already strongly dislike humans anyway... So, it helps me not give a damn what anyone thinks. Hair related or not.
You speak fluently spanish, and don't worry about mistakes: are essential to survive and learn in life. I learnt this from british philosophers...Saludos desde España.
Thank you for uploading this. I am watching it as I am half way done with combing out my 2 year old locs. I've cried thinking about how tired I am and then felt ashamed, but we shouldn’t be ashamed, we are just frustrated. It doesn't mean we love our hair any less. You reminded me of that and I am grateful for your videos. I think that it would have worked better if your hair was already damp with warm water and then you warmed up the oil mixture first and then rubbed it in but in sections. THen wear a cap and do your chores so the heat of the oil and the heat from your scalp can continue to smooth out and let the knots splip out. <3
🙄🙄
I say it time and time again, that we need more when we do supplement, and that it it hard for people of color to absorb vitamin D from the sun.
I’ve been using rhassoul clay for the last few months and it’s a game changer. Retaining length, softer hair, less tangles, no buildup or residue, retaining length, and using far less product than before. Love it so far, not sure if I’ll go back to shampoo!
Have you ever done a protein treatment on the channel ?
How do you get all the clay out of your hair ..I have curly hair I've noticed that I can wash my hair and still their is some clay stuck to my hair stands and it's annoying because then it gets my strands all stick together....any types on how to successfully wash it out without having to use a shampoo
We need to educate people about locs. Please do not call them dread locs. This name was started by white people because they consider that style dreadful. This style is beautiful especially when it is kept up. The style is called Locs. The term "dreadlocks" is thought to have originated in the late 19th century when British soldiers fighting Kenyan warriors described the warriors' locs as "dreadful". Others believe the term originated on European slave ships during the middle passage, when white crews would wash enslaved Africans off deck and call them "dreadlocks".
I've been saying to exclude race from this topic of hair, glad I'm not the only one.
Thank you for this video. GOD BLESS YOU! 🙏🏾
Yes. Melanin is a polymer- protective shield. Vitamin D3 AND Tyrosine for black people. This is Not medical advice. Do your own research.
Can you please do a video on the effect that negative Ions have on the hair cuticle? I think that would be something we black women can benefit from seeing that it's being used in hair dryers, flatirons and other things.
I know what you’re saying about the prepoo just because is slimy doesn’t mean it’s slippery
Thank You⭐️🕊
Looking forward to learning a lot from your previous videos. New subbie.
Encouraged by @natural2020 to check out your channel. Trying to retain length .new subbie.
honestly you can say what you like, people will always have an excuse for continuing to use relaxers and to flat iron their hair frequently
So true.
Mines wont stay clumped😂😂😂😂
lol 😂
Thank you so much for this information! ❤

Clickbait..fake hair. It's too much and it's going across her forehead like a rope. There's no definition. Too thick and tangled = fake.
Her hair is fake. It never changes. She always mashes oil or conditioner into it but you never see her actually detangle, wash, condition, rinse, COMB, part, plait, etc
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This isn't detangling. She's applying oil on what looks like locs 🙄
You never see her actually detangle the hair. *Fake*
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
